'The Majestic Protea v2' Original Artwork

'The Majestic Protea v2'' is an original artwork on a natural linen artboard. It has been created using a combination of different methods: acrylic painting, fine liner and silver foiling.

The linen board has a lovely natural vibe with subtle imperfections, it feels raw, earthy and textural contrasted with the bright pops of colour & silver in the artwork.

This drawing was inspired by the beautiful King Proteas, which are another native signature of winter in the Dandenong Ranges, Australia (where I live).
